THE CORE EXPLANATION, FOR WHY MOST SUCCESSFUL LEADERS DO NOT GROW THEIR FOLLOWERS, TO ALSO BECOME SUCCESSFUL LEADERS

After highlighting over the last ten months and through these Your Future World Today articles, how the Jesus Christ availed ‘Forgiveness to Rulership sevenfold-anointed Salvation Faith’ enables any willing person, to lead one’s followers in also becoming successful Transformational Leaders. This article explains the core reason why most ‘considered as successful leaders’ worldwide, do not grow their followers ‘to also become successful leaders’ let alone successful Transformational Leaders.

Despite that Joshua was biblical Israel’s most successful leader, who even abundantly blessed his Leadership Helpers per Joshua 22 verses 1-8, and for the sole purpose of ‘enabling the helpers to sustain’ their previously fulfilled Rulership or Leadership Inheritances. Joshua 22 verses 9-12 confirm that the same Joshua and all his led Israeli elders, wanted to war against their Reubenites, Gadites and half-tribe of Manasseh helper brethren. And only for the reason that the Helper Brethren ‘had built their own-imposing altar’ at Geliloth, which was also a replica of Israel’s national altar at Shiloh.

Also confirmed per Joshua 22 verses 13-20, is that the rest of Israel’s reasons ‘for justifying their wanting to war’ against their Helper Brethren, were those of ‘breaking faith with God by building their own altar’ in rebellion against God, which they claimed ‘was a sin’ that would cause the whole Israeli nation to suffer. Yet the Helper Brethren should, if they thought ‘their God given inheritance’ was defiled or cursed, have come over to share the rest of Israel’s undefiled inheritance. Which the rest of Israel claimed ‘had been mandated by God as His only tabernacle or altar’ for all Israel and their Helper Brethren.

Despite this ‘sounding very biblical and godly justification’ for the rest of Israel’s wanting to war against their Reubenites, Gadites and half-tribe of Mannesseh helper brethren, the Helper Brethren defended their ‘appearing unbiblical and ungodly replica altar-building’ by highlighting per Joshua 22 verses 21-29. That their built altar was not for offerings or sacrifices, but a witnessing altar. Which ‘witnesses to the future descendants or generations’ of both the rest of Israel and their since living apart Helper Brethren, that the Helper Brethren also established during their earthly lives, their ‘own inheritance of serving God’ just as the rest of Israel did.

In response to this unwavering resolute self-defense, Joshua 22 verses 30-33 confirm that the rest of Israel had received the New Revelation. Of that in contrast to their previous erroneous beliefs, it was ‘very biblical and godly for their Helper Brethren’ to also go and build their own replica altar. Which testifies to all futures generations, of ‘the Helper Brethren’s inheritance of also serving God’ just as did the rest of Israel. Consequent to this New Revelation, the rest of Israel ‘not only relented from their warring’ with their Helper Brethren. But had to be also pleased and as well praise God, as their intended warring ‘would have brought God’s wrath’ on all the rest of Israel.

To be particularly noted, is that the same biblical and godly New Revelation, of ‘the Helper Brethren’s God justified own inheritance witnessing’ altar building. Is what Jesus Christ ‘not only availed to all people’ per Revelation 5 verses 9-10 or John 1 verse 17, but ‘also demonstrated and commissioned for all His salvation faith believers’ per Matthew 28 verses 18-20. And as ‘the maturing and commissioning or transformation and enthroning’ medium, through which every Helper Brethren or Helper Leader ‘is inspired and enabled to effectively train and commission’ one’s followers or descendants, so that they also become effective or successful Transformational Leaders. Who as well not only take up and regenerate, the Romans 12 verses 1-2 or Hebrews 10 verses 5-10 ‘all people created for and redeemed for earthly ruling and God serving, pleasing to God and perfect will of God fulfilling Kingdom and Priesthood Inheritance’ through other increasing people or through future generations, as did the Acts 11 verse 26 apostles ‘who were first called Christians’ at Antioch. But also and concurrently fulfill the purpose, for which every person was created in the image and likeness of God. And as well concurrently and consequently, generate on earth and accumulate in heaven, the Isaiah 55 verses 10-13, John chapters 14 to 16 or Revelation 21 verses 22-25 eternally fulfilling Personal Peace and Joy.

Given that this ‘awesomely inspiring and boundlessly enabling Kingdom and Priesthood Inheritance’ was availed to all people, and ‘demonstrated over Jesus Christ’s only three years Transformational Leadership Training’ earthly life. The question that arises is what then is the core explanation, for why most considered as successful leaders ‘do not grow or lead their followers’ to also become successful leaders, let alone successful Transformational Leaders?

The core explanation is that most people including most of the considered as successful leaders, still don’t have the Proverbs 29 verse 18 and Hosea 4 verse 6 revelation and knowledge, of this ‘Jesus Christ availed and demonstrated to all people’ maturing and commissioning Transformational Leadership Training. Which ‘awesomely inspires and boundlessly enables any willing person’ per John 14 verses 12-14 or Romans 8 verses 18-39, to not only pursue whatever one’s desired higher dreams or aspirations. But to also regenerate whatever one’s awesome leadership accomplishments, through one’s trained or led followers and future descendants or generations, and regardless of whatever their Romans 5 verses 1-5 encountered or suffered difficulties or resistances.

The extent of this lack of revelation and knowledge, is mostly reflected through most professing Christian Faith leaders, who endlessly disciple or feed their followers on the Hebrews 5 verse 13 to 6 verses 1-2 ‘not maturing and not commissioning’ elementary salvation or milk only teachings. And their followers consequently do not become, the Hebrews 5 verses 11-14 teachers of ‘their supposed to have been received’ maturing and commissioning or transforming and enthroning teachings. But instead remain, as the Ephesians 4 verse 14 or 2 Timothy 3 verse 7 ‘always learning but never growing, and tossed back and forth’ mere religious children. Whose earthly lives witness the perishment instead of the fulfilment, of their Jeremiah 29 verse 11 or Joel 2 verses 28-30 ‘God purposed earthly ruling and God serving’ higher inheritances, dreams, visions, aspirations or plans. Just as did the rest of biblical Israel’s wilderness perishing elders, except Joshua and Caleb.
