How Your Frustrations Become Your Transformational Leadership Opportunities.

What is frustration?

How come anyone can be frustrated, and by what?

What are the usual disheartening consequences of any frustration, and how can the disheartening consequences be turned into one’s awesome opportunity?

Whilst the feeling of being upset or annoyed describes frustration, the core cause of any person’s frustration is generally ‘one’s being unable to change or achieve something’ one already desires to change or achieve. And the core consequence of any frustration ‘is the effective prevention of the frustrated person from accomplishing’ whatever progress, success or achievement one intended.

Despite that this frustrating prevention ‘explains most people’s ultimately giving up on the pursuit’ of most of their desired higher accomplishments, to the contrary, Genesis 50 verse 20 or Romans 8 verses 28 – 37 confirm that ‘God uses all things for the good’ of those of us. Whom God ‘foreknew, predestined and called to be justified and glorified’ according to His purpose, and regardless of ‘whatever peril, trouble or persecution’ we encounter.

Therefore, the same frustrating prevention should be used as the God availed opportune ingredient, for inspiring the frustrated person to seek to grow one’s conviction and commitment. Not only for seeking other opportunities ‘which facilitate instead of frustrating’ one’s sought progress or success, but for also pursuing one’s God purposed leadership or rulership, by one’s becoming a source ‘of facilitating and not frustrating the success of others’ around one’s daily life.

It is this transformational usage of one’s frustrations ‘as opportunities for further growing’ one’s conviction and commitment, to both pursue ‘and concurrently facilitate the pursuit of desired higher accomplishments’ by others, which ‘opens up oneself and the people around one’s life’ to their limitless advancement potential.
