Level III

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Level 3 Teachings further develop the Trainee’s established per Levels 1 to 2 ‘Pastor or Diplomat’ leadership gifting, by enabling the Trainee ‘to identify and utilise’ one’s both giftings or talents and daily life occupation or profession, for their God purposed ‘vesselship for further growing’ the Trainee’s higher capacity. For desiring and conceiving higher leadership dreams, visions or aspirations, and seeking, identifying and accessing ‘correspondingly higher faith and knowledge rooted, higher conviction and commitment driven’ capacity levels. Which enable the Trainee to pursue the higher leadership dreams, visions or aspirations, and also confront and overcome ‘the correspondingly higher difficulties or inhibitions’ which one encounters. Consequently, the Trainee grows one’s established in Sustained Personal Conviction and Commitment, into one’s Sustained Endurance. In persistently not only confronting the difficulties or inhibitions, which one encounters in one’s pursuing to accomplish ‘whatever one’s most desired yet appearing impossible’ dream, vision or aspiration. But also in persistently TEACHING one’s evangelised and pastored people, to as well utilise the capacitation of their both giftings or talents and daily life occupations or professions, for capacitating ‘their conceiving and pursuing’ their desired higher leadership dreams or aspirations.
